20+ Years of Learning & Development Experience
My journey has been about leading the charge in creating and implementing robust instructional courses, operating procedures, and work instructions that enhance corporate learning environments.
My forte lies in e-learning development, instructional design, and technical writing. I’ve designed and executed training plans, curriculums, and eLearning courses that cater to diverse learning needs. I’m skilled in multiple tools and methodologies, like ADDIE, SCORM, Kirkpatrick evaluation techniques, and software such as Storyline, Rise, Captivate, and Camtasia.
I hold a Ph.D. in Training and Human Performance Improvement and multiple certifications. I’m constantly expanding my skills in areas such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SCORM/xAPI, and e-learning development software. I am also advancing my technical writing and website front-end web development expertise.
